+What is your medium?
(A) All of my work is made up of graphite, ink, watercolor, and colored pencils, with some inclusions or exclusions here or there. But my main focus is always graphite.

+How long does it take for you to create a piece?
(A) Depending on the piece, it can take me anywhere from 10 to 80 hours.

+Do you take commissions?
(A) Not presently; when commissions open, I will announce it on my social media. Keep in mind commissions have a starting rate of $100.

+Do you only draw fanart?
(A) No. In fact, I’ve been working to expand my portfolio! Keep a lookout for more original concepts!

SHIPPING

+How long until my order is shipped?
(A) All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days with USPS.

+Do you ship internationally?
(A) Yes! For the best shipping price, please use my Etsy shop (click here) if you are outside of the United States.

+Do you ship to the UK or EU?
(A) Please use my Etsy shop (click here) if you are in the UK or EU.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

+Do you accept returns?
(A) Only unblemished products in their original state will be accepted as returns. Products damaged during the shipping process or after receipt will not be accepted as returns. Customer is responsible for return shipment.

+Can I get a refund?
(A) Refunds will only be permitted within 24 hours after purchase.
